Nigerians have recently roasted popular comedian, Ay Makun, for agreeing to partner with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu to set up his first ever film studio in his (Kalu’s) large estate.
Yesterday, Ay Comedian met Senator Orji Uzor Kalu to discuss which part of his estate will be given to him (Ay) to set up his film studio. According to Ay, his film studio will be the first ever in Nigeria.
After sharing the post on his Instagram page, Nigerians immediately got offended because of his association with Senator Kalu, whom Nigerians see as a corrupt politician.
Ay Comedian wrote: “Ay’s Corporate World Entertainment is presently working on a partnership agreement to start running Camp Neya, the 400-room estate owned by Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, as the first ever film studio in Nigeria.

He added: “We are looking to having the first ever industry Studios were everything required for film and video production like sound stages, recording studios, editing, and special effects department and outdoor back-lots for shooting films.
