Ebonyi lawmakers of NASS (The National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS), have called out Governor David Umahi for using Ebubeagu to cause conflict and crisis in the state.
He was also accused of sponsoring cultists and Ebubeagu with ammunition, which they’ve been using to kill security operatives, especially the police in Ebonyi state.
Governor Umahi was accused of being the one who championed the attempted murder and kidnap of a popular barrister, Amos Ogbonnaya, through the use of cultists. The PDP lawmaker says Governor David is using Ebubeagu to intimidate political members of PDP in the state.
He was further accused of these things, which are:
1. Violent attacks.
2. Attempted murder.
3. Murder of Ebonyi citizens in the most recent parts.
