A final year student of Political Science from University of Benin (Uniben), Augustine Izu, has reportedly been shot dead after writing his final paper in the afternoon on June 29, 2021.
According to information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that four (4) unknown gunmen wearing masks, stormed his residence at Ugbowo, Benin City.
He was shot multiple times, which left him dead instantly. He was shot in the evening of June 29, 2021, few hours after celebrating his signing out.
His best friend and roommate, Walter Emeka, got shot in his arm and he’s currently being hospitalised as he receives intense treatment.
Friends and course mates of Augustine Izu have all taken to social Media to mourn the death of their coursemate and friend.
