A Nigerian lady, Luchis Wardrobe Luxury boutique, has cried out after her products and money got looted from her shop, which is located inside Shoprite on 14 Brickhill Road, KwaZulu-Natal, Durban. (Read More Here).
Taking to her Instagram page, Luchis, shared videos showing how empty her shop was after Zuma’s protesters stole everything from there. She and her two children were out in the early hours of Monday, at exactly 4:00AM, to visit her looted store.
Items looted from shop were: clothes, skincare products and some cash (South African Rands). Supporters of Jacob Zuma are currently protesting as they demand the release of former president who got 15-month jail term.
Recall that on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, Jacob Zuma surrendered himself to the authorities.
Zuma, 79, was sentenced for defying a constitutional court order to give evidence at an inquiry investigating high-level corruption during his nine years in office until 2018.
The decision to jail him resulted from legal proceedings seen as a test of post-apartheid South Africa’s ability to enforce the rule of law, including against powerful politicians.
She wrote:
