A Nigerian lady, Queen Precy, has been left in great pains after she mistakenly bought a N5,500 St Pierre Brioche sliced bread, instead of the regular N500 to N700 sliced bread. (Read More Here).
Taking to her Twitter page, Queen Precy, shared photos of the bread and the receipt, which proves she truly bought the bread for that huge amount at Just Supermarket.
After she had unknowingly bought the bread, she went back to the supermarket to confirm if they had cheated her or probably it was an issue of miscalculation. After returning to the supermarket, it was confirmed to her that that’s the actual price of the bread.
She took to her Twitter page to lament as she said how would she eat a sliced bread of N5,500 with just N100 Nescafe. She concluded as she said that the pains have entered her heart and brain.
Queen Precy wrote: “I bought one sliced bread which I thought it’s going to be like N700, but on the receipt I’m seeing N5,500. Anyway, I’m going back to Just Supermarket, either they overcharged me or I’m about to create a scene with the way I’m managing money now.
“I just went back and that’s the price. Sliced plain bread for 5,500. Why exactly I’m going to eat N5,500 bread with Nescafe 3 in 1, that’s 100 naira???? Tears in my heart and brain.”
