Monique Muller wrote:  “To set the record straight 

As per agreement between the parties, there has been no new acts of domestic violence since the application of the IPO. This is the correct outcome as per the court ruling. 

“I actually find it quite appalling that these people continue to lie on such a public platform when the official documents say something completely different. People have already put their careers on the line supporting these lies. And they just keep acting unethically. No worries, I won’t be making any statements. I’ll only be posting the facts. 

“I’m bitter because I was abused? I’m bitter because I’m tired of the lies? I’m bitter because I want the harassment to stop?”

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that South African presenter, Katlego Maboe, has won his court case against his former wife, Monique Muller.

Recall that in October 2020 (almost two years), his wife, Monique Muller, accused him of domestic violence and misconduct. The allegations caused him his hosting gigs and brought about drags. 

Taking to his Instagram page, Katlego Maboe, shared a statement, which indicates he has won his court case against his former partner, Monique Muller

Court absolves Katlego Maboe of allegations of misconduct towards his former partner Monique Muller. 

Magistrate ruled there were no grounds for the protection order.

COURT RULES IN FAVOUR OF MR. Katlego Maboe: Two-year in favour battle is finally over. 

On January 27, 2022, TV personality, Mr. Katlego Maboe, was absolved by the magistrates Court against allegations misconduct, made by his former partner, Ms. Monique Muller, in October 2020. The court agreed with the submission of a point in Limine from Mr. Maboe’s legal team, ruling that there were no grounds for obtaining the protection order. Furthermore, the court has no made a finding of acts of domestic violence that were allegedly perpetrated against Ms. Muller, and as such, the matter has been dismissed. This is a great victory for Mr. Maboe, who has maintained the his innocence throughout the two-year ordeal. 

“The most important thing to me is the wellbeing of my son, and fortunately things have settled into a routine for him after being put through such a terrible and lengthy process. I’m so grateful to my friends and family, and my incredible team for their ongoing support. And so the justice system for ruling in favour of the truth. I may never know or understand the real motive behind all of this destruction and heartache, but right now, I just want to focus on putting the pieces of my life back together,” says Maboe.”
