Operation Dudula leader Nhlanhla ‘Lux’ Dlamini is reportedly being sued by Vertex Events for over R600 000 for promoting his aviation company. (Read More Here).
The papers by Vertex Event lawyers Bazuka and Company stated:
“On or about 28 May 2015, Vertex Events, represented by its director Thato Noel Segaole and Native Airways, represented by Lux, who was then known as Nhlanhla Paballo Mohlauli, entered into an oral agreement to pay more than R697 000 plus 14% VAT to Vertex Events as a sponsorship fee to organise the 2015 Youth Day celebration.
“Native Airways has to date failed to pay the sponsorship fee of R697 942.20 to Vertex Events in accordance with the agreement.”
This is after he failed to pay the events company R697 942.20 for promoting his aviation company, Native Airways.
Vertex Events added that they filed papers after he failed to honour the oral agreement as he was supposed to pay within 30 days after the invoice was issued.
