Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that a Kenyan lesbian, Sheila ‘Leila’ Lumumba, has been gang raped and murdered by six men in Karatina town. (Read More Here).
According to information, six men had stormed the house of Sheila on April 19, 2022. According to Njeri, stated that six men got into the apartment of Sheila and in the process, they broke her, raped and killed her.
The incident happened in Karatina town. Now, LGBTQI community in Kenya and in East Africa are demanding justice for Sheila Lumumba.
The main motive behind her death was because of her sexuality (Lesbian). Kenya is one of the most Homophobic countries in Africa, alongside Uganda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, and others.
