Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Kenyan tabloid is reporting that Davido was arrested after 3kg of cocaine worth Ksh 18Million found on his private jet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Taking to social media, popular Kenyan tabloid, K24 TV, shared the fake news and deleted it immediately.
In another news, Rexxie, who claimed he earned nominations for his production credits on Burna Boy’s Grammy-winning album, ‘Twice As Tall’ and Angelique Kidjo and Burna Boy’s Grammy-nominated song, ‘Do Yourself’, bragged during a Twitter banter with a Davido fan on Sunday that he got a Grammy nomination before Davido.
He further boasted that he got Grammy nominations without using sympathy or dancing with kids on uniform like Davido.
Davido is not even in Kenya!! How come he has been arrested by police at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, after his jet was found laden with three kilograms of cocaine valued at about Ksh18 million? Remember, today is Fools Day! Don’t be fooled around.
According to K24 Tv:
“Davido was apprehended by the Anti-Narcotics Police Unit following a search on his private jet at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
“Davido and seven other people who were travelling with him have been detained for further interrogation and arraignment,” Maju Nyawawa, the head of the Anti-Narcotics Police Unit at JKIA, told K24 Digital.”
