Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that President Cyril Ramaphosa is delivering the keynote address in Mthatha at the official YouthDay event.
“We need young people who will spend more of their time asking what they will do for their country, rather than asking what their country is going to do for them,” says Ramaphosa.
