Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that 70-year-old Polokwane supermarket owner, Hassim Hassim, gets arrested for allegedly selling medication without the necessary licence. 




According to information, he appeared at the Magistrate court yesterday, but his case got postponed. 

Information reads:


“SUPERMARKET OWNER ARRESTED FOR SELLING SCHEDULE 6 PRESCRIPTION MEDS


POLOKWANE: A case of a 70-year-old supermarket owner who was arrested for allegedly selling medication without the necessary licence has been postponed to the 9th of July.


“The Supermarket owner, Hassim Hassim appeared in the Polokwane magistrate’s court on Friday.


“He was arrested on Wednesday by the Hawks and inspectors from the SA Health Products Regulatory Authority, is facing charges of contravening the Medicines and Related Substances Act.”
