Orapa residents and Moiteela family are pleading with members of the public to assist with locating Hemsly Moiteela who has been missing for almost three months.
A missing person case has since been opened with the Police following his disappearance.He was last seen on the 16th of April 2022.
The Chief of Orapa Kgosi Garetsamae Seisa has requested her tribe to help find the missing chap.She has further convened a meeting which will be held tomorrow morning at the main Kgotla in relation to the matter.
