Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Matteo Guendouzi grabbed Paulo Dybala neck from the back after taunting him with his Argentina World Cup winner shin guard.
After a heated coming together, in which both players grabbed the other by the back of the neck, Dybala removed his shin pad – which had a photo of him lifting the World Cup on the inside – and showed it to Guendouzi. The former Arsenal man turned and walked away, but Dybala was hot on his heels, eager to show him the picture again.
Dybala and Guendouzi argued several times, causing at least two clashes between Roma and Lazio players. Lazio winger Pedro was also involved and received a yellow card for pushing and shouting angrily at Leandro Paredes.
Tension continued after the final whistle, and a picture shows Dybala celebrating in front of Guendouzi, who then pushed Paredes again. The ex-Arsenal midfielder was also seen urging a Roma player to meet him inside the tunnel with unmistakable gestures.
