Jeffery Epstein’s partner-in-crime, Ghislaine Maxwell, has been granted permission to move to a different prison after she was sentenced to 20 years for multiple charges of sex trafficking.
Maxwell was originally supposed to live out her sentence in a Federal Corrections Institution (FCI) in Danbury, CT, but it was announced today by the Federal Bureau of Prisons that she would be transferred to the FCI in Tallahassee, FL. The move has come as a shock considering the judge residing over her case suggested that she was placed in the FCI Danbury.
FCI Tallahassee will feature a lot of recreational services that the other prison doesn’t offer, including yoga, movies, sports, and arts and crafts. It’s a low-security prison that helps develop “individual wellness” inmates.
Maxwell is being transferred some time this week, and it’s not scheduled for release until 2037, a few months before she turns 76.
