Leomar Doctolero confirms that the charges used as basis for the warrant were filed by Jefrey Tupas, then Davao chief PIO and Sara Duterte’s aide when she was Davao mayor and now her chief media officer now that she was elected VP.
Leomar Doctolero, Laban ng Masa spokesperson: “We’ve been anticipating that Walden would get arrested any day now, though admittedly we got caught off guard with how fast it was,” in reference to how warrant was issued and implemented on the same day.
CONTEND UP has spoken over the arrest of Walden Bello. Its statement reads:
