Toll A$$ Mo files charges of defamation of character and civil charges with regards to total legal costs incurred and comprehensive loss of income suffered against, Lerato Moloi, who falsely accused of raping him

Toll A$$ Mo to file charges of slander, defamation of character as well as civil charges with regards to total legal costs incurred and comprehensive loss of income suffered against Lerato Moloi who falsely accused of raping him in March 2022.

Lerato Moloi said Toll A$$ Mo raped her in March 2018 while on set for a television series in Paarl.

The matter has been in court since then and on the 16th August 2022, Toll A$$ Mo was fully acquitted of charges leveled against him.
