Confirmed reports indicate that the Returning Officer for Gichugu Constituency in Kirinyaga county Mr. Geoffrey Gitobu has collapsed while on his way home this evening and thereafter confirmed dead at a local hospital under mysterious circumstances.
He died on the 22nd of August, 2022.
