Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that AfriForum has lost its case agianst Julius Malema.
The order:
The complaint that the song kiss the BOER /Dubula ibhunu constitutes hate speech is dismissed
The complainant is to pay the costs. According to information, the judge didn’t find the song to be used for ‘racial discrimination.’
