The Prime Minister of Tooro Kingdom, Stephen Kiyingi, was yesterday evening involved in a scuffle with Boda Boda riders in Fort Portal city after one of them allegedly knocked his car.
Muhoozi wrote: “Congratulations to His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV on his 27th coronation anniversary. Congratulations to the lovely people of Tooro.”
King Oyo made the clarion call at this year’s Empango celebrations commemorating the 27th anniversary of his ascension to the throne.
