A pair of Florida twins protected their mother while her boyfriend allegedly attacked her.
Authorities responded to a call about a domestic disturbance in Melbourne on September 13 and found the woman who said her boyfriend attacked her in her home after she told him to leave when he started drinking. During the assault, suspect Andrew Williams Jr,33, was reportedly “entangled” with the victim when her two daughters started to attack him with several household items.
“The little heroes grabbed toys, sticks, and a hair dryer and began to fend off Williams to protect their mother. With the help of the girls, [their mother] was able to retreat to a bathroom for safety,” the Melbourne Police Department said in a statement.
