NOW: The JHB H/Court has ordered that the urgent application by the Executive Mayor Mpho Phalatse be struck off the court roll with costs. IEC will now oversee the process of electing a new JHB Mayor. Opposition parties preferred candidate is ANCs Chair Dada Morero.
