A 15-year-old boy in Shah Alam was reportedly stabbed in the stomach with a screwdriver, by a man who intruded into his home on Saturday. (Read More Here).
Police say the teenager noticed the suspect in his kitchen, when he was hiding next to the washing machine.
. “Susulan itu, berlaku pergelutan yang mana suspek kemudian menikam bahagian perut remaja berkenaan dengan pemutar skru,” says Shah Alam police chief Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim.
He adds that the suspect had then fled the scene and the victim was sent to the hospital.
“Remaja itu mengalami kecederaan luka kecil di perut dan pemeriksaan ultrasound dan imbasan CT gagal menemui sama ada luka kecil itu menembusi usus mangsa.”
The victim is now reportedly in stable condition. Mohd Iqbal adds that the suspect is believed to have entered the home through an unlocked back door.
Police are still attempting to track down the man.
