Five Zimbabwean nationals who were pretending to be taxi association patrollers have been arrested for extortion and Kidnapping in Randburg By JMPD Undercover Reaction Unit On Wednesday 26 October 2022.
The suspects were extorting money
from unsuspecting motorists giving lifts to hitchhikers in the Randburg area.
They were driving around with a silver grey Volvo S40, and on the 24th of October 2022, a case docket was opened at Randburg SAPS.
