BOUGHT? Tshepo Mahanuke, CEO of Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA), lands in hot water for allegedly having dubious doctorate and Master’s degree qualifications from Harvard University

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Tshepo Mahanuke who is the CEO of Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) has landed in hot water for allegedly having dubious qualifications from Harvard University. 

Mahanuke allegedly bought a doctorate and claimed a Harvard Business School master’s degree that doesn’t exist.

The JRA report says 68 city bridges need urgent repair. The city still has an average of 45,000 potholes at any one time. 

While Tshepo is busy demanding his staff call him ‘Dr’ Tshepo Mahanuke on the strength of an honorary doctorate you can buy for a small donation.
