his girlfriend Garnet Blu a Range Rover.

The North West has been criticised for awarding a whoping R134million tender to a controversial businessman, Oberon Matsuvuki, whose company abandoned two projects in NW and had its contracts terminated from the provincial Department of Roads and Public Works for poor workmanship.

According to official records obtained by African Times, Ndhuna Civils terminated their contract with the department for “poor workmanship” after receiving a termination notice for the project to build the road between Segwaelane and Wonderkop and another road between Hebron and Letlhabile.

For the road between Segwaelane and Wonderkop outside of Rustenburg, Ndhuna Civils has been given an R25,7 million contract. However, after pocketing R15.1 million, Matsuvuki terminated the agreement, claiming there were cash flow issues, according to official records. Following a notice of termination for subpar performance, he left the project.

The same holds true for the R21.5 million Hebron project, which is for the special upkeep of the road in the Brits region. After taking R10 million, Ndhuna Civils once more left the site, saying that it was out of money.
