Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ mother has broken her silence following the tragic news of her son’s death earlier this week. As previously reported, the late DJ and social media personality committed suicide at a Los Angeles hotel on Tuesday at the age of 40, with his death later being revealed to have been caused by a gunshot wound to the head, as per Page Six.
The news has not only stunned fans and those who regularly watched the “Ellen Degeneres Show,” but also his friends and family members — many of who apparently weren’t aware of the apparent struggles he must have been facing behind closed doors. His mother, Connie Boss Alexander, who was often seen supporting her son in the studio audience of the aforementioned talk show, has issued a statement to thank those who have sent her nothing but love and support.
“Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers and encouragement,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Please know I see all the messages, texts, posts and the phone calls. I can’t use words right now. Please know I will reach out when I can.” The most heartbreaking part of her post came when she concluded by saying, “Stephen Laurel, your mother loves you to eternity and beyond. 💙
