A woman from Louisiana has been fired from her job after video footage of her hurling a bucket of cold water on a homeless person went viral on social media.
The incident reportedly took place at the Triple S Food Mart in Baton Rouge on Monday, when 44-year-old Kasey Young became enraged after seeing multiple homeless people sitting outside the store.
Despite the cold weather temperatures, Kasey thought it was acceptable to throw cold water on the person in an attempt to get them to leave as she’s heard saying, “Move! Not telling y’all again. Move it! Clear the f*** out.” Interestingly enough, Kasey posted the video herself, claiming she was trying to get the homeless people to go somewhere else before threatening them to call the police.
Well, once the store owner, Abdullah Mufahi, came across the video, he decided to fire her within 24 hours of the clip going viral on social media. “When I got the news, I didn’t speak to the employee too much. All I told her was to leave the property because we do not handle situations like that,” he said in a press conference.Welp, can’t say we didn’t see this coming: It’s over between T.J. Holmes and his wife Marilee Fiebig as the Good Morning America anchor has just filed for divorce.
