Zonderwater prison warder Thokozile Anna Mkhwanazi, spent Christmas behind bars after she was caught ‘smuggling contraband for inmates’.
According to the report, Mkhwanazi was found with four cellphones, five SIM cards and 2kg of dagga in her locker.
In another news, The City of Cape Town has closed two beaches due to sewage spills. Small Bay near Blaauwberg and Strand Beach along the False Bay coast are off-limits to visitors until further notice.
