Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Malaysians reacting on Twitter as Maybank is experiencing communication error as bankapp server downtime occurred at 8pm today, May 10, 2024.
Maybank users have reported experiencing issues when trying to access the Maybank2u mobile app and website throughout this morning. Prior to this, the bank also recently faced an unexpected downtime on both platforms just today.
At the time of writing, both of the online services are still inaccessible to users and the cause of the problem has yet to be revealed. According to the recent tweets by Maybank2u users, they are unable to login to either platform due to a communication error. The website, on the other hand, is accessible but will hold to a crawl whenever a user attempts to sign in.
