Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that UNIBEN students beat up Nigerian soldiers who beat female student for recording them during forceful use at ATM stand.
Information reads: “Reporting live from the Unversity of Benin UNIBEN as students pounce on soldiers for maltreating a fellow student.”
University of Benin student narrates on social media:
“Uniben on shut down. Here’s the story! A set of soldiers came into school (one at at time), going to different ATM stand to forcefully use it, when one withdraws, he goes to call another one.
“A student was holding her phone, so that they thought she was holding her phone, so they thought she was recording them, they called their female counterpart to beat her up. Luckily, they were close to crime office, and they (Uniben police) quickly came to her rescue.”
