A man was caught masturbating in the middle of the parade of the block So, Shine! , on the morning of this Saturday (18), in Belo Horizonte. Revelers passing by Rua Varginha, on the corner of Avenida do Contorno, between Floresta and Centro, recorded the moment in shock.
“People couldn’t believe it. We were in a group of people and initially we were doubtful. The street was full of activity, about 100 meters from the Trio Elétrico, everyone passing by”, reports the young man who recorded a video of the moment.
“It is scary. A typical ordinary citizen, a 9 o’clock sun in the morning… he is a guy who doesn’t control his impulses”, highlighted the witness.
