According to a report by @SundayWorldZA, A KwaZulu-Natal physician has accused renowned businessman Vusi Thembekwayo of “vanishing” with his R400,000.
In court papers seen by Sunday World, Pillay said he entered into an agreement to loan Thembekwayo R500 000 in July 2021.
Thembekwayo, who reputedly has assets worth hundreds of millions of rands, is in a legal dispute with the physician Jehron Pillay in the Johannesburg high court after the latter claimed that Thembekwayo had not repaid more than R394,000 of the R500,000 loan he had given him.
