The family of Kganya Mokhele are demanding answers after the 3 year old boy died on Tuesday at Little Ashford Pre School in Linksfieldz Joburg when a book shelf falls on him.
The family of the three-year-old boy who died after a shelf fell on him at a pre-school accuses the three teachers of negligence.
Kganya was in one of the classrooms during snack time when he reached for something on the shelf that eventually fell on him.
According to the father, he said the footage shows the three teachers at the corner chatting. He said any toddler needs care and attention.
