Donald Trump and a group of criminals incarcerated for their involvement in the January 6 riot have collaborated on a song called “Justice for All,“ which is currently #1 on iTunes.

Donald Trump’s “Justice for All” overtakes Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” to reach the top of US iTunes.

It is listed in the “devotional & spiritual” section on Apple Music, while on YouTube, Trump is mentioned as the composer of the track.

The song was reportedly released to raise funds to support the families of Trump supporters who are in jail for their role in the riots. However, the proceeds will not go to the families of those who assaulted a police officer, a limited liability company run by conservative commentator Ed Henry said.

The Capitol riot defendants in the DC jail are said to sing the national anthem every night.

Profits from the song are due to be given to the families of those imprisoned for their roles in the riot through an LLC run by conservative commentator Ed Henry, according to Forbes. However, proceeds will not go to the families of those who assaulted a police officer, the outlet said.

Trump specifically recorded the Pledge of Allegiance for this single at Mar-a-Lago a few weeks ago, Forbes reported, while the jailed choir recorded their part over a jailhouse phone a month ago.

The song begins with the choir singing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” with Trump reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, and ends with the prisoners chanting “U-S-A! “.

According to Forbes, which first reported the song being produced, the choir consists of a group of about 20 men that are being held at the Washington, DC jail.

The song is being perceived as the latest attempt by Trump and other right-wingers to paint the January 6 riots as a political cause and portray those who carried out as protesters being persecuted by the state.

The former president has often expressed support and sympathy for those jailed over the insurrection often deploring their “unfair” treatment. He had even promised to pardon them if he were re-elected as the president.

Insider reports that Trump has regularly expressed sympathy for those jailed over the insurrection, frequently decrying their “unfair” treatment and suggesting he would pardon them if he were to be re-elected as president.

Since leaving office, Trump has remained heavily involved in the Republican Party, making over 200 political endorsements during the 2022 midterm elections.

In November 2022, he announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination in the 2024 presidential election.

In December 2022, the House January 6 Committee recommended criminal charges against Trump for obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and inciting or assisting an insurrection.
