Malian man, Foutanga Babani Sissoko scammed Dubai Islamic Bank of $242 million despite being an illiterate.
He told the Deputy Director he could double money with magic.

He served 43 days in jail (half his sentence) and paid a $250,000 fine.
He was released early in return for a $1 million payment to a homeless shelter.
