Shakira has informed her lawyers and her ex that her decision is non-negotiable.

The Colombian artist will be moving to Florida with her sons Milan, ten, and Sasha, eight by the end of next week, according to the Spanish press.

Respected Spanish showbiz site Vanitatis said overnight Shakira had told those close to her and the medics who have been looking after her elderly parents that she will leave Spain for good by the end of the week.

It reported: “A large part of the singer’s close circle already knows she’s leaving.

“The children stopped participating in extra-curricular activities like baseball some time ago. “They carried on playing football, especially Milan who loves the sport.

“But well-placed sources say that in Esplugues de Llobregat near Barcelona where the youngster has been going regularly to train and play games, they have been told the youngster won’t return.”

It added: “The children won’t return to their schools either. Milan has two weeks’ holiday at the international school he has been studying at for the past few years whereas Sasha only has one.

“Now, with a new life ahead of them, both are looking forward to the experience facing them.”
