PSG ‘Ultras’ turned up outside Neymar’s house today…
They can be heard chanting: “Neymar, Get Out!” and DEMANDING he leaves the club.
The PSG Ultras & PSG lovers are gathered in front of the club’s headquarters right now for a peaceful protest. Marco Verratti , Neymar Jr & Leo Messi are the main players targeted by chants from the Ultras.
Just 24 hours after Messi was punished for his commercial trip to Saudi Arabia with his family in the wake of the 3-1 loss at home to Lorient in Ligue 1, Neymar, Verratti and Al-Khelaifi were targeted. Neymar even took to social media to say that the PSG ultras had paid him a visit before they moved on to the club’s Boulogne-Billancourt HQ.
However, the protest seems to have spiralled out of control. A video emerged on social media showing a group of PSG fans chanting for Neymar to “get lost” in front of the Brazilia’s two-storey home in Bougival, a posh Parisian suburb. On Instagram, the Brazilian maverick posted a message on Instagram that reads: “They just left my doorstep” along with a sobbing emoji. The 31-year-old playmaker is currently sidelined after undergoing ankle ligament surgery.
Edinson Cavani, Kylian Mbappe and Angel Di Maria scored as the holders made the perfect start to the new season.
But Neymar, linked with Barcelona and Real Madrid, was also the focus of attention with a number of fans holding a banner telling him to ‘get lost’.
Tuchel, quoted in L’Equipe, said: “It’s tricky. I don’t know what to say. I saw it on my colleagues’ smartphones because I did not hear them (the chants) during the match.
Also, Messi is on his way out of the club and has been suspended as well as fined for his unauthorized commercial trip to Saudi Arabia with his family. Les Parisiens’ supporters are widely recognized as one of Europe’s most passionate and vociferous fanbases with the Parc des Princes atmosphere a source of envy for many clubs.
