New Discovery documents suggest that Prosecutors appear to have an actual recording between former President Trump and a witness in the Stormy Daniels hush-money case being brought against him in New York.
According to an automatic discovery form that was made public on Friday, Prosecutors shared with Trumps legal team that they have a “recording of a conversation between defendant and a witness.”
The document also makes clear that the prosecutors intend to release additional recordings between the same witness in the call with Trump and other people.
According to a report by CBS, there’s also additional information that prosecutors appear to intend to bring as evidence that they cannot yet disclose. It says that “some information, labeled ‘Limited Dissemination Materials’ by prosecutors, will only be available to Trump in the presence of his attorneys.”
