Ugandan Lucky Innocent Talemwa is wanted by Middleburg police after swindling a woman out of R1.6 million in a love scam.
He showed the woman blank notes and convinced her that he could turn them into real SA notes and he would need real notes to convert the black one to real money.
The woman eventually resigned from her job and subsequently withdrew money and handed it to her lover, convinced that he would convert his blank notes into “real bank notes”.The lover then disappeared since then he has never been seen.
