Dr Musa Mthombeni reveals that he has passed and now qualified as a Radiology Specialist.
He later continued to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, including hosting a midnight slot show on YFM while studying medicine at Wits University.
“I have always wanted to become a doctor from a young age, so the presenting job just came along because I loved TV,” he previously shared.
According to his online bio, the former YOTV presenter is said to be a Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology doctor. He reportedly has aspirations to go into business and help create opportunities for other people, Zalebs reported.
Taking to his timelines recently, Mthombeni hilariously described the extreme pressures he was currently feeling during his exams, saying,
“My life is currently a mess. Kubi. Academically, the plane has taken off and is in mid-air. The pilot has taken the one parachute and jumped out, the assistant pilot has a fear of heights and can’t fly the plane. Someone in row 45H is having a heart attack they’re looking through the flight manifesto to see who is a doctor and who can help. The medical doctors are few and the PhD doctors are stressed.
“Someone’s toddler is walking up and down the aisle saying “Tsek” after their first week at the “full day crèche” that costs R300pm. The mother is stressed because, “Bathong little Johnny.”
