“John, who turned 70 last month, died on Tuesday morning in a tragic accident and the thoughts of everyone at the club are with his wife Amy and three children – Jennifer, James and Elizabeth – and the rest of the Berilson family.
“John’s sudden and tragic death will undoubtedly affect all those who were fortunate enough to know him. He was a truly great man, incredibly devoted to his family and a man of extraordinary generosity, warmth and kindness.”
