Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Fans are celebrating Jennifer Lopez on her 54th birthday today.




It’s hard to believe but Jennifer Lopez will be turning 54 today. There seems to be no skill that this powerhouse hasn’t mastered. She is widely recognised as a triple threat entertainer due to her exceptional acting, impressive choreography, and unforgettable singing. Throughout her two-decade-long career, she has launched over 10 studio albums, acted in 40+ films, and earned numerous awards and accolades, including a much-deserved place on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.


And Jlo prefers to hit the weights first thing in the morning, even if she had a late night out.


‘Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I’m like: “Ugh, I can’t do this.” But I tell myself: “Just do it. It’s only an hour.” It’s just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum,’ she told Us Weekly.


‘I don’t like working out later; it’s harder to get there when I have my day going already.’

Concurrently, her album ‘JLo’ also reached number one on the billboard charts, making her the first and only artist in history to accomplish such a remarkable feat.

The Gigli star is famously devoted to her workout routine. She focuses on circuit training with 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate, her trainer, Dodd Romero, told O Magazine.


She then repeats that same cycle with 35 reps and then does a third set of 21 all in a row with no break.


She trains for an hour, four to five times a week and focuses on different body parts each day Romero said.
