Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that OCS from Londiani, Samson Kipchirchir Kipruto, shot Monica Kivuti after she canceled his wife bond who has cancer after being charged with obtaining Ksh1.9M.
Chief Inspector Samson Kipchirchir Kipruto, 55 was shot and killed by his colleagues at the court on Thursday afternoon soon after he had attacked and wounded the principal magistrate Monica Kivuti.
He had travelled from his workstation in Londiani, Kericho to attend a court case where his ailing wife Jenniffer Wairimu, 48, was an accused.
Anti-Terrorism Police Unit (ATPU) officers cordon the crime scene at Makadara Law Courts, Nairobi, where a police officer shot Principal Magistrate Monica Kîvuti on the hip and hand.
Police gunned down the suspect as emergency service providers rushed the magistrate to hospital.
