Wonders they say shall never end! An 83-year-old Alhaji is set to marry a girl old enough to be his granddaughter or even his great-grand-daughter.
According to most Muslims, they will tell you that ‘marrying a litte girl or a teen girl’ is allowed in their Quran. It has been happening for years and it keeps happening. Saudi Arabia has made serious and effective plans to erase such law/mentality of ‘marrying little girls.’
Such act is considered as ‘barbaric’ in a civilised country. The information was announced by Niger State Online News Portal. The Islamic wedding ceremony between Alhaji Yushu’A Suleiman and Amina Mohammed will be held tomorrow, Sunday 9, 2021.
In another news, a 46-year-old American woman, Janine Sanchez, have married a 23-year-old Nigerian man from Kano. Their wedding ceremony was held in 2020 in Kano. According to reports, Janine and Suleiman Isah are currently in the United States of America (USA). (Read More Here).
