Kardashian wasted no time getting her attorney Shawn Holley to file a restraining order against a man named David Resendiz, who has allegedly been sending up to EIGHTY letters to the reality star’s family home in LA, threatening not just her life but also her four children, @tmz_tv reports. Court documents obtained by the publication claim that Kim has never met David and his alarming letters have left her concerned enough to take the matter to court.
David is said to have made numerous remarks about Kim’s intimate relationships, some of which are “disturbing sexual references,” while other messages sent to her home state that he wants to kill the Skims founder.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, Kim is also aware that there have been letters sent to her office, as recently as April 25, when David allegedly made a bomb threat, though this one appeared to be much more serious than his previous threats.
The court docs further reveal that Kim has been “scared for her safety and the safety of her family,” and if David isn’t given an immediate restraining order, she believes the man sending her dozens of threats to both her home and her office could potentially end up doing something harmful to her or her loved ones — which Kim is forcefully trying to prevent from happening.
