56 y.o. Robert Constantine Chin has been charged after he was held in connection with seizure of 12kg of cocaine.
Chin (in white headgear) was remanded today.
PNP Vice President Mikael Phillips (centre), who’s Chin’s brother, has moved to distance himself from Chin & the case.Chin was remanded when he appeared in the St. Andrew Parish Court on Wednesday.
He is to return to court on Friday.
Chin’s lawyers are expected to apply for bail.
The Attorneys advised the Court today that Chin needs regular treatment for a serious medical condition.
