Drake and 21 Savage are making headlines again over their new joint album titled “Her Loss.”

According to new legal documents obtained by @tmz_tv, the rappers have reportedly been sued by Vogue for posing on what looks like a legit magazine cover to promote their latest project. Condé Nast, which owns Vogue claims Vogue and Anna Wintour “have not endorsed [“Her Loss”] in any way” and have asked multiple times for all promos using the Vogue name to be taken down. They also point out that the fake cover is causing confusion to readers and other media outlets who assumed a new edition was coming out soon.

So how do Drizzy and 21 feel about this? While neither of them has yet to release a statement, a source close to Drake tells TMZ that his team is surprised and confused by the lawsuit.
