Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it Richard Strocher goes viral after hearing Jews speaking Yiddish under his floor in his NY apartment in December 2023 tweet as Chabad are exposed.

Richard Strocher wrote: “I swear I keep hearing Yiddish under the floor in my NY apartment (I live at ground level and we have no basement). There are Jews living under my apartment. I hear them it’s like they are digging something.”
A historic Brooklyn synagogue that serves as the center of an influential Hasidic Jewish movement was trashed this week during an unusual community dispute that began with the discovery of a secret underground tunnel and ended in brawl between worshippers and police.
The conflict erupted in the global headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement in Crown Heights, a deeply revered Jewish site that each year receives thousands of visitors, including international students and religious leaders. Its Gothic Revival facade, immediately recognizable to adherents of the Chabad movement, has inspired dozens of replicas across the world.

These tunnels were allegedly dug 6 months ago.

It’s obvious that these tunnels were NOT made to “bypass Covid restrictions” like we are being told.

WHAT was the real purpose of these tunnels?

The Chabad students, who were all in their late teens and twenties, were the ones who initiated the mayhem in response to cement trucks that had arrived to cover the hidden mysterious passageway, according to the Jewish news organisation, Forward. Many refused to come out of the tunnel, and as a result, the New York Police Department arrested 10 people, Crown Heights reported.

Meanwhile, the viral footage of the chaos and the passageway has sent shockwaves across the internet, prompting people to speculate what the tunnels were used for. A couple of pictures from the tunnel showed a baby rocker and a stained mattress in the passageway.

While the incident has enraged the Chabad community who is now calling for prompt action, one user on X (formerly Twitter) shared the video of the tunnel and asked – “Why is their a baby highchair in that tunnel?”

But on Tuesday, the synagogue remained closed off by police barricades as New York City building safety agents inspected whether a tunnel dug without official permission may have caused structural damage to the famed property.

Officials and locals said young men in the community recently built the passage to the sanctuary in secret. When the group’s leaders tried to seal it off Monday, they staged a protest that turned violent as police moved in to make arrests.

The exact purpose and provenance of the tunnel that incited the altercation remained the subject of some debate
