It’s just a mystery.” Anne Uwamahoro Rwigara was now 41 years old – based on the report she gave to the court in 2017, she remembers that year when she spent days in prison with her mother Adeline and her older sister Diane Rwigara accused of various crimes. It was after the 2017 presidential election that her older sister Diane was rejected from running for the position. Those elections were won by President Paul Kagame who had almost 99% of the votes. So far no details are known about the cause of death of Anne Rwigara, who was a US citizen according to Reuters news agency.
