A Wisconsin woman has been charged with raping a 13-year-old boy who made her ‘horny’ before lashing out at him for ‘cheating’ on her.
Kaitlyn Skar, 27, was charged with repeated acts of sexual assault of a child and child enticement after being arrested on Friday. She was taken into custody after the boy’s mother reported the assaults to the Green Bay Police Department, claiming her son, who was not named, was upset as Skar had threatened to have someone beat him up and harassed him, according to WSBT.
The pair allegedly met because the woman lived near the boy’s aunt, and Skar offered the boy cookies and to take a puff of her vape before they exchanged phone numbers.
During their conversations, Skar allegedly told him he was making her ‘horny’ and began sending him sexual videos of herself and eventually invited him over to her apartment, where the pair allegedly had sex on three different occasions.
After one of their sexual encounters, it’s claimed she sent him a video message and became upset when he did not respond, according to WSBT.
Eventually, the 13-year-old reportedly approached Skar to tell her that he ‘cheated’ on her, but the young woman told him ‘he didn’t know what cheating was [because] he was only 16 years old,’ according to WSBT.
When police interviewed Skar, she admitted to having sex with the 13-year-old, but she claimed she thought he was 16.
She is currently in custody with a $10,000 bond and faces up to 40 years for sexual assault and 25 years for child enticement.
Wisconsin’s age of consent is 18 years old. He had been at the victim’s home looking for yard work earlier in the day before the alleged sexual assault, according to court documents obtained by the station.
Police said the woman told them she found out her son was having intercourse with Skar and that her son was upset.
According to the criminal complaint, the boy also said Skar was harassing him and threatening to have people beat him up.
The two met because Skar lives near the boy’s aunt. The complaint said when they first met, Skar gave the boy some cookies and asked him if he wanted a “puff” on her vape. Then, the two exchanged phone numbers.
The boy said he told Skar he was just 13, but then she texted messages about “cuddling, holding hands, and watching movies.”
After that, the conversations led to Skar saying the boy was “making her ‘horny.'” The complaint said she even sent him sexual videos. Eventually, he went to Skar’s apartment and they had sex in her bedroom.
But then, the complaint said Skar got upset when the boy didn’t respond to a video chat.
Skar and the boy allegedly met because Skar is the neighbor of the boy’s aunt. When they first met, Skar had given the boy some cookies and asked him if he wanted a “puff” on her vape. The two then exchanged phone numbers.
The boy said that he told Skar that he was 13 years old. Still, Skar allegedly texted him and used Facebook Messenger to talk about “cuddling, holding hands and watching movies.”
Those conversations allegedly elevated to Skar saying the boy was “making her ‘horny.'” Later, she sent him sexual videos as well, according to the complaint.
The boy went to Skar’s apartment, where the boy said they had sex in her bedroom.
After two other sexual encounters, Skar became upset with the boy for not responding to a video chat, according to the criminal complaint.
